The lingering impact of the Pandemic has brought our annual raffle into some question. We are aware that many of our middle school and high school players and their parents are going to have issue with going door to door to sell raffle tickets. Fortunately, the creation of our field provides us with a great solution to that problem. Last season, you may have noticed all the advertising signs on the fence facing Highway One. We are selling around 20 spots (5' x 9') at $400/year. Money raised from this effort will be set aside to help pay for equipment upgrades as needed and improvements to our field. Any help you can offer us in selling those spots is greatly appreciated (but not eligible for registration credit). However, we also have virtually unlimited space inside the fence facing the playing field that can be devoted to advertising. We will be offering space with two options available. A 5' tall x 9' wide sign will cost $200/year and a 5' tall x 4 1/2' wide sign will cost $100/year. We are opening up sales of signs inside the fence to our players and parents to offset registration fees. So, you will be able to sell any combination of raffle tickets and signage totaling $300 to cover registration fees (which go to annual operating costs, witth leftover funds being added to the money for equipment upgrades and field imrovements). If you have a sign sale, your buyer must complete our contract and provide his/her own sign; we reserve the right to approve all content of any sign to be hung on our fence prior to its installation..
